Our Box Office is currently open from Tuesday – Saturday with the following times:

  • Tuesday 10am – 2.30pm
  • Wednesday 10am – 6pm
  • Thursday 10am – 6pm
  • Friday 10am – 6pm
  • Saturday 10am – 2.30pm

On performance days, the Box Office will open 1 hour before the first scheduled theatre show, and remain open until 15 minutes after the start of the last theatre show of the day.

Book Online

Online booking is available 24 hours a day and you can select a performance here.

You are able to select exactly where you want to sit in the theatre by using the seat map that appears as you go through the ticket purchase process. Alternatively, you can select ‘Best Available’ as your area choice and the website will allocate you the best tickets available at that time.

Please note that during the COVID-19 lockdown period tickets will not be posted to customers, if you have selected for your tickets to be posted you will receive them once Government advice allows our staff to work from our offices.

Exchanges & Refunds

We are unable to exchange or refund tickets. Ticket reservations must be paid for within four days of booking. We are unable to reserve tickets without payment within seven days prior to the performance or screening.

Transaction Fee

For shows at The Core at Corby Cube a transaction fee of a £1.50 applies to all online and telephone bookings of £15 and over. It does not apply to those booking in person at the Box Office and is only applicable per-booking and not per-ticket. Disabled Patrons and Group Bookers do not pay a transaction fee in any instance. It also does not apply to bookings for films at The Core at Corby Cube or to Get Involved activity.

Fees have been introduced to support the running costs of The Core at Corby Cube. As ticket revenue is divided between many different parties, an increase in ticket prices may not necessarily benefit the theatre. By adding a small transaction charge, we ensure every penny goes directly to the venue.

Restricted View Seats

Restricted View Seats are available to purchase online and are indicated by a star when you select your own seats from the seat map. The extent of the view restriction is described when you hover over the seat. When the remaining ticket availability for the performance is only Restricted View, if you select the ‘Best Available’ ticket option, it will select from these seats. Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available to purchase in your chosen amount. These can be bought online here or by contacting our Ticket Office.

During the busy Christmas period please allow up to 14 working days for Gift Vouchers to arrive via post or collect from our Ticket Office.


We will try to accommodate latecomers where possible. You may be asked to wait until a convenient moment in the event before we can seat you.

Photography and Mobile Phones

We ask that you switch your mobile phone off during the film or performance. Recording and photography of films and performances is prohibited on any device.
