While we are still the same theatre that you know and love, our priority is to keep our audiences, staff and artists safe.
To ensure the safety of everybody in our building we have made a few small changes to the way things work.
Please note that these details are subject to change in line with further government guidance.
We are proud to be a See It Safely accredited venue, in association with Society of London Theatres and UK Theatre.
We have also received the Visit England accreditation We’re Good To Go.

Our Covid Safety Procedures based on current government & industry guidelines
We will be using e-tickets which can be checked hands free.
You can either print off or present your ticket for scanning on your phone.
A face covering may be required in certain areas of the building unless you are specifically exempt.
Please ensure you have yours with you when visiting us.
Wherever possible whilst moving around, please maintain a safe distance from other parties.
This will reduce the amount of new contacts whilst at the theatre.
Hand sanitiser will be available upon entry and exit.
Please ensure to use this for everybody’s safety.
There will also be a socially distanced section of the Auditorium on selected shows.
If you want to return to live shows but would feel better with some space around your bubble please phone our box office team on 01536 470470 to check availability and book in this area. Accessibility seating is included in this section. This auditorium section can be accessed without passing through other areas of the theatre unless wanting to use the restrooms or bars. We ask all audience members booking in this area to wear face coverings whilst moving to and from their seat. Seats will be allocated to allow for social distancing; sticking to your booked seat numbers ensures this distancing remains in place.
Sanitising will take place throughout the venue between every show.
Ventilation of our spaces will remain in place.
We are committed to keeping our venue accessible and all of our Covid safety procedures have been created with full accessibility in mind.
Our hard of hearing headsets will be sanitised with anti-virus wipes between use.
If you have a preferential place to sit in the auditorium due to impaired sight or hearing, please let our Box Office staff know when booking and they will do their best to accommodate you
