While we are still the same theatre that you know and love, our priority is to keep our audiences, staff and artists safe.

To ensure the safety of everybody in our building we have made a few small changes to the way things work.

Our Covid Safety Procedures

1 We will be using e-tickets which can be checked hands free. You can either print off or present your ticket for scanning on your phone.

2  We will have staggered arrival times for different levels of the auditorium to ease crowding and limit queuing.

3 Audience members will be asked about potential symptoms and temperatures will be taken on arrival.

4 Please wear a mask at all times unless you are specifically exempt, or are eating or drinking.

5 Staff and volunteers will be on hand throughout to guide audience members to their seats and to toilets.

6 Please maintain a 2m distance from other parties, avoid touchpoints at all times and observe the one way systems, barriers and signage in place.

7 Hand sanitiser will be available upon entry and exit.

Additional information

For many shows, our auditorium will be in a socially distanced Cabaret style seating plan. Sanitising will take place throughout the venue between every show.

There will be tables available in the stalls to book for 1-6 people for a premium experience, alongside various bubble sizes available in the seating area.

Once you have booked a table, you will be contacted closer to the date of the show to confirm how many are in your party.  Table cloths get removed and are fully sanitised between each performance.

There will be no intervals for any of our shows to reduce the demand on rest rooms and avoid any crowding.

The stage will be distanced back from the closest audience members for the appropriate social distance.

Shouting, singing and chanting is not permitted in the auditorium.

Our venue will be signposted with an appropriate one way system to minimize proximity to other bubbles.

All bookings must be made in advance. You will receive a pre-show email outlining policies and guidance for your visit, including information on our restrooms and how to book your food and beverages in advance.

Please note: our bars will be open in line with the Government guidelines on the date of your show.

We are committed to keeping our venue accessible and all of our Covid safety procedures have been created with full accessibility in mind.

All of our cabaret tables are on flat floor and fully wheelchair accessible.

Lifts are available for those with access requirements.

Our hard of hearing headsets will be sanitised with anti-virus wipes between use.

If you have a preferential place to sit in the auditorium due to impaired sight or hearing, please let our Box Office staff know when booking and they will do their best to accommodate you
